What are we working towards?

The North Coast Collective is transitioning from a disjointed approach to service commissioning and delivery, to a dedicated regional commissioning model. This will involve a staged implementation.

Stage 1

In the first stage, we are working towards shared investment, data and commissioning priorities, while still commissioning individually.

Stage 2

The second stage will involve a seamless approach to regional commissioning. It is anticipated that Healthy North Coast will be the lead commissioner for regional strategies in acknowledgement of their in-depth expertise and experience in commissioning.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land we live and work, the Bundjalung, Arakwal, Yaegl, Gumbaynggirr, Githabul, Dunghutti and Birpai Nations, and their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to elders past, present and future.
